The Maharashtra State Board has decided to restore the 10 minutes question paper reading time for the upcoming SSC and HSC exams. The board had earlier abolished the reading time on February 10 to prevent the circulation of question papers on social media platforms. However, after receiving several requests from students and parents, the board has reinstated the reading time. According to the new rules, students will receive the question paper at the start of the exam at 11 am or 3 pm, and will be allowed to read it for 10 minutes before starting to write. The exam will end 10 minutes after the allotted time. This change will benefit students by providing them with adequate time to understand the question paper and avoid confusion during the exam.
